We aim to deliver quality leads and ensure transparency.
🔹 Refund Policy:
- No refund after lead delivery
- Refund only for duplicate leads (upon verification within 3 working days)
- No refund for client-side sales failure or delayed follow-up
🔹 Cancellation Policy:
- Campaigns may be cancelled before launch, with 90% refund (10% admin fee)
- Cancellation after launch is not eligible for refund
